FAQ
The questions everyone asks.
Will it damage my laptop?
No. We print on a removable film with a low-tack adhesive, designed to peel off cleanly. We test every material we sell on our own machines before it goes on the site.
Does it fit my laptop model?
Tell us the exact model when you order — ThinkBook 14 G6, MacBook Air 13 M2, whatever it is. Each skin is cut to that model, with the right cut-outs and rounded corners.
What if I don't have a logo?
Most of our customers don't. A name, one line and a link is enough — that's the whole brief for the Solo Skin, and we design the rest around it.
How long does it take?
You see a mockup on your laptop model within 48 hours. Once you approve it, printing and delivery take about a week in Europe.
Can I change my mind after seeing the mockup?
Yes. Nothing is printed until you approve it, and the Brand Pack includes two rounds of revisions so you can get the details right.
Do you ship outside Europe?
Yes, worldwide. Delivery outside the EU takes a little longer and any local import charges are shown before you pay — never as a surprise at the door.
